Great overnight stay for visiting Broadway! Rooms were immaculate and comfy, location was great for access to Broadway. Felt very safe there! Only reason for marking down was we felt that the front desk staff were very rude and breakfast wasn’t great choice wise

I had a great stay at the Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville. The staff was welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around downtown. Everything I needed was there, and I felt safe and taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville.

Came to Nashville for my husband's surgery. We had our friends and their 2 special needs people (1 adult 1 teen ) with us because they drove us. We got a double room and there was not another available for them so the lady at the desk upgraded them a room with a sofa and 2 beds for $10 extra. Both rooms were very clean. Nice comfortable beds to lay in after a long day at the hospital. Full hot breakfast the next morning with a chef there to make omelets to order. Eating area nice and clean with a beautiful view of the street. All in all a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back.

Great value option for Nashville. Around 15 min stroll to Broadway. It is uphill on way back but easily manageable if you are able bodied (I'm not at all fit and didn't struggle!). Breakfast was fantastic with tons of options including fresh cooked omelette and eggs.

I am a Gold Choice Member and paid higher by booking with choice Hotels than with a 3d party just to get my points. Why is that when they say they will give me the best rate? I am also a military veteran multi-disabled, AARP, AAA, senior citizen. Then after I booked, it said they charge 20. a day for parking. I didn't think that would apply to their Choice Gold with all of my above, but sure enough, they even charge multi-disabled people who have no other choice due to their disabilities 20. per day. I had my disability card with me but that didn't matter. I don't think they should charge disabled or Gold card Choice members as we are already paying more than 3rd party charges for the rooms. Their beds are the best! Their breakfast is fantastic! They even had an omelet person making basic omelets with a couple ingredients! And yes, 2 waffle makers, bagels, toast, toaster, muffins, cereals, OJ, apple juice, milk, etc. But if you are 5 min past ck out time they were at my door. I had my suitcase packed & closed, just needed to put my clothes on, brush hair and they interrupted my flow so bad. Then they were there again 11 min and interrupted me. If they would have left me alone, I would have been out already. I had already paid as I saw a charge on my credit card for the full amount the morning of check in, despite checking was at 3pm. It just was not broken down. I thought it was a little high and when I asked for a receipt they gave me with a frown but did give it to me on my way out. I did tip the room cleaner that had to finish cleaning the room (I always clean up the room before I leave), tipped the omelet maker, tipped the man cleaning & stocking breakfast.

Comfortable Stay at a Good Value The name is fitting — the beds here are genuinely comfortable, especially if you prefer a softer mattress like I do. The room was clean and everything was in good order, which I appreciated. The staff was helpful, though not particularly warm or personable. My only real complaint is that my room was right up against the highway. Earplugs were definitely necessary for a good night’s sleep, so keep that in mind when booking. That said, for the price — especially in Nashville — it was a solid value for a quick overnight stay. Not my first choice for a longer visit, but absolutely worth it if you’re looking for something affordable, clean, and comfortable for a night.

The room was exactly what we needed. We had two queen beds and plenty of room in the bathroom for us to spread out. We stayed for a week and we were very pleased that they allowed us to bring our dog with us. We even invited our daughter her boyfriend and grandson up to spend a couple days and got them a room there with us. The service was excellent, the front desk, though I didn’t get the young lady‘s name was especially kind and courteous. The staff only entered our room if we requested it. Its close proximity to dining, entertainment, and shopping made it the perfect location. I mentioned we were there for a week, so Walmart was close and you could even see the Whole Foods from The corner down by the big guitar. in short, we are planning a trip back to Nashville this summer to catch a couple of shows and plan on staying here again.

First of all we had an OK stay here and the rooms were serviced every day unlike many other motels. The breakfast while basic, was plentiful and the food was kept well stocked, the hot food was barely warm but there was plenty of it. The location of the motel is great for the amenities and the Broadway approx 20 - 25 minute walk. The motel wasn't cheap and we had to pay $22 per night to park the car. For the room price, the rooms are very dated and not overly comfortable, there was only one chair in the room that sleeps 4 people and no table so you had nowhere to sit down in the room. The room was OK for two people but you would struggle with four people.
